Salsa-cise Class’
‘This energetic class combines aerobic exercise, salsa steps with popular Latin music.
It is aimed at people who want to keep fit, learn the salsa steps and acquire a sense of rhythm, co-ordination and body movement.’

(This class is demanding and requires a certain level of physical fitness and stamina regardless of age and ability in salsa)
